Terms and Conditions

These terms cover the use of citizenenergy.com.np and general enquiries about Citizen Energy’s services. Individual orders and projects may have additional written terms agreed before work begins.

Website Use

Use this website only for lawful purposes. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, or submit harmful or misleading content.

Service Agreements

Website descriptions provide general information. The scope of work, deliverables, price, payment schedule, and estimated completion time will be confirmed in a quotation or written agreement.

Submitting an enquiry does not create a confirmed order or service agreement.

Pricing and Payments

Applicable charges, taxes, deposits, and payment deadlines will be communicated before an order or project is confirmed. Additional work or changes to an agreed scope may require a revised quotation and timeline.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers must provide accurate requirements, necessary materials, authorised access, and timely feedback. Delays in receiving these may affect delivery dates.

You must have permission to use any text, images, software, or other materials supplied for a project.

Delivery and Third-Party Services

Delivery estimates depend on the agreed scope, customer approvals, and any external services involved.

Hosting, domains, payment gateways, app stores, and other third-party platforms have their own fees and terms. Their availability and approval decisions are outside Citizen Energy’s control.

Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation, return, and refund conditions will be provided before an order or project is confirmed. Any assessment will consider the agreed terms, work already completed, costs incurred, and applicable consumer rights.

Ownership and Support

Ownership of project deliverables, source code access, licences, warranties, and post-delivery support will be defined in the written agreement. Third-party materials remain subject to their respective licences.

Liability and Consumer Rights

Each party’s responsibilities and any agreed limits of liability will be set out in the relevant service agreement. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Governing Law and Disputes

These terms are governed by the applicable laws of Nepal. Please contact us first if a concern arises so we can seek a reasonable resolution.
